CSR
ISO 26000

Our approach

It is important to the Dienstencentrum that a CSR certified company actually thinks and does CSR. The Dienstencentrum will start with workshops in which the core topics from the guideline are covered and through which CSR is experienced throughout the company. CSR is a broad-based vision developed from the management and involving employees.

Basics

Custom

CSR has seven core topics: good governance, human rights, working conditions, environment, fair business, consumer interests and community involvement. The Dienstencentrum has developed a certifiable system inspired by the internationally recognized ISO 26000 guideline. The sector standard is a concrete translation of this, aligned with the creative industry. In doing so, the standard is set up as a growth model.

Enter

Connecting multiple systems (Quality, Occupational Health and Safety and Environment) is often the first step towards a CSR system. This avoids most duplication and allows the company to grow further in the 4 stages of CSR.

Maintain

Maintaining CSR is an ongoing process. Many companies are already developing their CSR policies. Precisely these customers will have suppliers, increasingly ask about various CSR aspects, such as environmental and health and safety policies, human rights and their social role.

Conducting audit

To enable proper preparation, each company receives the Audit Information Document. This document explains the entire standard and gives the company insight into what written documents it must have. The audit is conducted at the company and always consists of two phases: the pre-audit (preliminary examination) and the certification audit.

Certify

You obtain the certificate after a positive external audit conducted by a certifying body. On the basis of the second visit, the report is drawn up and the level at which your company has implemented CSR is determined. The entry level is I and the highest level is IV.
