ISO 9001

ISO 9001 is the international standard for quality management and focuses on the continuous improvement of the internal organization. Think of preventing business risks, establishing tasks, responsibilities and authorities, setting and monitoring goals, establishing the (most efficient) way of working. All with the aim of increasing customer satisfaction, reducing failure costs and eliminating business risks.

Our approach

A quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 enables entrepreneurs to deal with quality in a structured and predictable way. For Quality Management, it first starts with some basic analysis to determine the context of the organization. This includes a business risk analysis and a stakeholder analysis.

Basics

Custom

To meet these basic requirements in a practical way, the Service Center has developed a customized ISO 9001 system. The Services Center's in-house consultants can help you with this as follows:

Enter

After the general context analyses, a deepening to specific quality management takes place. During the risk inventory, all process steps are defined in a relatively short period of time, the most important risks in the primary process are defined and risks based on specific customer requirements are inventoried. Through the clever use of blueprint materials, combined with your own company information, you will have a certifiable ISO 9001 system in no time.

Maintain

Together with responsible employees, optimal working methods are discussed, departmental targets (KPIs) are set and a monitoring program is established. Your in-house consultant can easily take on the role of external quality coordinator and will help you maintain your system.

Conducting audit

Periodically performing internal controls (internal audits) is an essential part of an ISO system. In this way, the functioning of your quality management system is measured and timely improvement actions are identified. Organizing internal audits is the best stepping stone to certification.

Certify

You obtain the certificate after a positive external audit conducted by a certifying body. We can guide you through the external audit and thus help you obtain ISO 9001 certification.
